Big Tony Brown BBQ gives you more than what your traditional BBQ company usually does. We offer a personalized eating experience for you and your guests with a variety of hot off the grill choices of cuisine, seasoned with Tony’s own sauces and blend of spices. Established in 2010 by Tony Brown, the clientele ranges from private parties to public events (farmer’s markets, music festivals and community celebrations) in the region. Additionally Big Tony Brown BBQ has created his very own line of a unique blend of sauces and dry marinades.

Big Tony Brown was raised in St. Louis, Missouri where he learned his craft by watching his family do true backyard BBQ. Food brought family together back then and still does to this day.
